School Council

Every year, two children from each class are elected to represent the voice of their class on the School Council. In the past they have been involved in decisions from what our outdoor play structure should look like to trialing meat free Mondays. The voice of our pupils is incredibly important to us and regular School Council meetings ensure that this voice is heard and acted upon.

A Royal Welcome

The current School Council started the year with a very important role, they were invited to welcome HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, to Newcastle. He was visiting City Library to meet members of the emergency services who were part of 'Operation London Bridge'. Our children did some great interviews with Tyne Tees News and you might have even seen them on the television!
