Winter Wellbeing

It’s OK if you’re finding the winter months, along with the idea of Christmas and the holidays, hard - especially considering the challenges we've all faced in recent times. While we can’t control many of the challenges around us, there are still things you can do to protect your mental health and wellbeing.

We are using this page to pull together a range of resources that may be of help over winter.  If you need any support from our Pastoral Team, please get in touch by ringing school, or filling in the contact form on the Family and Pastoral Support section of our website.  Though school is closed from 23rd December 2022 - 8th January 2024, we are still available to signpost families to the right support when needed.

Meeting the financial demands of Christmas can also be a huge pressure.  This year, with the support of Cash for Kids, we are able to support families by providing a range of gifts for children of all ages.  We also have access to food vouchers, to help families over the festive period.

To find out more about either of these opportunities, please complete the form below or speak to a member of the pastoral team.

Information on food banks available across Newcastle can be found here.
